I provide a wide range of highly personalized services, for individuals, couples, families, groups and organizations.

My approach ranges from highly structured, focused and psychoeducational (change-oriented) to unstructured, creative and insight-based (acceptance-oriented), often moving back and forth between the goals of acceptance and change.

You decide on what goals are important to you and I collaborate with you to help you move towards them.

Some of the modalities I draw on include narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and internal family systems (IFS) theory to address a wide range of concerns. Regardless of the specific technique, my approach is rooted in deep respect and appreciation for neurodiversity and an understanding of the need for social change in addition to individual growth and accomplishment.

I am a registered social worker (RSW) and a member in good standing of the Ontario College of Social Worker and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
